One of the 3 gained gone! yay! Today I will be doing lots of walking as I have my orientation and we r having a tour of the campass. I'm also going to walk a mile to the bus stop. Everything counts, right? I'm doing this journal from my phone so it's going to be a short one. I was happy about my loss and needed to record it. have a good day everyone!

How exciting! Enjoy the orientation and tour! Way to go on the exercise. I hope it is a nice day where you are. It is a really nice day here and I plan to take a walk this afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and mild temperature.

When I first went to university, I lost 20 pounds. My thing was that I was always walking between classes and to and from meals (I stayed on campus), so being up and around so much, just dropped 20 pounds. Of course, I found them again, but you might find it helps your weight loss more than you think!
