I just got done watching "You are what you eat" on Netflix. I generally follow a WFPB diet but have slipped the last couple weeks. Watching this re-invigorates my committment to this way of eating.

I just watched that documentary. Wow, what an eye-opener. I have now set a goal of being fully WHPB within the next 4 to 6 weeks. I also follow PB with J on YouTube and he’s got some excellent recipes. 😀

Monkey and me is my main source of vegan recipes. These two ( mother and daughter ) are the gold standard in wfpb recipes imo
