Here we go for 2024: eat only when I'm actually hungry, mostly low carb, drink wine only twice a week and walk a lot. Since Christmas Day when I was 90.9kg then had a huge eating and drinking day, I have dropped 2.3kg or 5lb in the old money, yay!! Not bad for a fortnight. :-)
