Good Morning! So today is my 59th birthday! I am not starting my fast today, I don't have any plans for birthday festivities but JIC hubby has something up his sleeve I'm just eating normally today, the fast will start after dinner tonight and continue till Friday morning. I'm not sure how I feel about turning 59, I feel younger right now than I did last June, I've lost 71 pounds since June that is certainly an accomplishment and good reason to feel younger!! I'm hoping that I hit the 100 lb loss mark by this coming June but I'm not holding my breath about it. All in all I'm looking forward to what the year of the dragon (my chinese birth year) has in store for me. According to the Chinese horoscope, being a Wood Dragon during a Wood Dragon year is going to be a bit of a challenge, I'm up for challenges more this year than last year so I think 2024 will be a good year for me!
