So here's my first entry...I work as a cna- but with a knee injury on the job now my job is modified- So I'm bascally kitchen help for now until knee gets better, then i'll go back to my nursing job... I'm used to working 60 hours a week but now down to less than 30, It's really taken a toll on my eating habits. But now changing that for the better. CW-250 GW-145
With me there isn't any mini goal weights. I think of everyday as a process. One step closer to being at my goal, I'm going to weigh in every sunday to show my progress.
