Overeating for a week whilst away. Same old story! Way higher than my highest allowance (63kg), so serious carb and calorie reduction now 💪. This dieting lark is addictive, I know I’m going to enjoy the next few weeks and the challenge of losing weight, not gaining weight, and feeling in control. I have MS and I’ve also noticed I’ve been in a lot more pain over the last few days, since I’ve been eating more carbs. I’m now convinced it’s the sugar. Eating a low carb/low sugar diet lessens the pain for me. Lesson learnt!
