Today I was lazy exercise wise. However work was busy so I didn't break away to walk at 10:30. Didn't go to lunch until 1 and by 3:30 I was afraid of a pop-in client so I didn't go walk so I would be ready. Client didn't show. Tomorrow is another day. The weather is growing on me with the rain. I don't know how people live in rainy climates. It is awful! I snacked tonight too so going to have to atone the rest of the week. Hubs gave me his ice cream to finish then I had an urge for salty snacks. Cheese puffs got me. 🤦♀️
