Hey, I gained little bit. It was a tough week at work. Friday I managed to work-out.
Today I saw video about how thyroid can affect weight gain.
Basically I might be lactose intolerant and must exclude gluten and sugars altogether.
Eggs, fish, meat and veggies are beneficial for me.
