Today was the birthday celebration in our staff room at school and I didn't eat the cake, but it sure smelled good! Now that the time has changed, hubby is in the house every evening and I have been having to change up my exercise routine. It will be interesting to see how that goes for my weigh in tomorrow morning.

Congrats on no cake...I have LONG felt that cakes/pies ALWAYS smell soooo good but RARELY taste as good as they smell...Congrats on a VERY GOOD decision....Keep on Keeping on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice skipping the birthday cake. We had the same thing where I work yesterday, I zipped out of the room as soon as thing singing was over. Hope your weigh in is a good one.

Good job avoiding the cake and focusing on your exercise routine - you will knock off those few pounds easily. You are dedicated and have done great at maintenance.
