I survived Lasagna night and didn't have a bite!! Me 1 Lasagna 0 !! Take that carbage !I even ignored the apple pie. BAM.. Now to get thru today with out effing it up.. started the day right. Got my breakfast taco fix (this is Texas after all) with a low carb tortilla and DH's ham n eggs and a diet root beer bc every one here needs a soda with their Sunday breakfast right?..Off the get my weeks worth of fresh veggies.. Made a list, checked it twice and made a mini weekly menu with DH so Ill stay on target. taking it back to basic, doing what works and trying to get back on track. If I can just get thru a few days of clean eating the cravings will be gone. Gonna light a candle, do a rain dance, summon Zeus, say a prayer, wave a wand, what ever it takes to get back on track... I think I can, I think I can ... BWHAHAHAHAHA Gonna finish the house to day then get ready for a stellar week ! Happy Sunday !!
