rhontique's Notizen, 18 Nov 15

Was so busy yesterday I didn't eat hardly anything. I did tons of cooking, but nothing I could have. I did eat probably a teaspoon of cream cheese frosting for the zucchini cake! Does that qualify as dairy??? Got ready to go to bed and realized I had eaten less than 500 calories! I know this is not good. Enjoying my company. DS got 2 deer a day or 2 ago, and my nephew got 1 on Sunday. My brother is trophy hunting so hasn't seen one worthy of shooting. DS and DH hunt for meat so only go for younger does. We grind and mix with 80/20 ground beef and that is our hamburger supply til next year. We all feel you must use all the meat in order to honor the animal who died to provide it.

Good job ... and eating venison is much leaner than beef for you, so that's great, too! I'm so glad you use all the meat ... it's the right thing to do!
