I am actually down a pound after yesterday's almost 50 carbs! It isn't the day to record my weight and it may change, but looks like I got away with it this time. I am enjoying having a house full of company, family is so precious. I love to cook, so this is an opportunity to feed my loved ones. Lots of the things I am fixing are off limits for me, but I get satisfaction from seeing them enjoy it.
