I started my journey after Canadian Thanksgiving last year in 2008. By May I had lost 48 pounds & was on top of the world. Still had 46 pounds to go. But slowly the old habits started to creep back when I wasn't able to attend regular WW meetings. By my weight last week I had gained back 20 pounds. However--I am restarting my journey. Yes, I gained 20 pounds--but I didn't gain 48 plus another 10. It's time for the next stage of my journey to better health. I refuse to beat myself up.

I lost 30 pounds with WW and I too was unable to continue to attend the meetings. I gained back 20 with going back to old habits and eating just to pass the time. I decided today I'm getting back on track.
