Took dear MIL to the city to a 10 year old's birthday party. Lots of family there. What a great day! No cake or ice cream for me, I don't need it to enjoy the party! How awesome is that? Before LCHF I could not have done it! Today DH and I are going to Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge to see the eagles. There are over 250K snow geese there now with lots of other waterfowl. There are over 40 eagles who have come in to winter there. There are a few pairs who live there year round, but December is usually the peak time to go see them.
