Everyone needs motivation. I decided I'd rather bowl than eat. I've lost 101 lbs in 9 months. I started in late June. That's 10-11 lb/mo. I set a calorie limit and stick to it. To have energy, I began eating mostly meat nuts and cheese. It ended up being keto by default. Funny I never thought I could do keto but I did - the last couple of months. The cravings are gone. Mind is sharp. Lots of energy and I bowl 3 days a week - about 30-35 games total, so every day it's either exercise or bowling. This is really working. I'm so happy. I'll reach my goal wt in September. I love cream in my coffee! AND BACON!

I'm bowling league today.
