i am back. after many months of a hiatus, I am back. I have been dealing with moving, my niece having brain cancer, and my daughter being diagnosed wit a very rare digetve disease, achalasia. (google it to find out more) My niece is doing well. She is having to do chemo but handling it better than most would. She will be making a full recovery. I am now a 100% army wife. Moved to a brand new state where I know nobody. I will now be following my calorie counting religiously. I have started doing my yoga again. I will also be taking up running as soon as I get some shoes. I look forward to getting back on track and feeling healthy again
