Good workout today, lifting more than double the usual weight. Was working hard on shoulder and chest presses, so no time for the cross trainer today.
But I went faster at twice the incline for double time on the treadmill. Shame it doesn't go steeper.... at this rate I will have to start running..... I haven't run anywhere since the morning school bus when I was 11.

As usual I feel amazingly great. Yesterday didn't dampen my spirits, even though it meant the scales LIED this morning ;) They are not supposed to go UP!! So now I've lost that magic zero ;( My measurements are down though, so I know it's still AOK.

Ah well, I know it will go the right way again.
