I cannot brag enough about how much I LOVE HOT YOGA!!! More because in the 4 weeks since I've been doing it I've gotten more compliments about my weight loss than in the 3 months before. (I know I've already said this). I really really wish that I had taken my measurements before I started because I'm losing inches everywhere. It is awesome!!!

Now, I know that I can't love it just because of the comments that I keep getting from people. I've never been one to crave attention or want people to notice me for other than my brain - I crave to have people tell me I'm smart. I'm a freakin' engineer and it's part of my DNA (my grandmother was one of the first female HP computer engineers - she used to design microchips). But there's something very satisfying in seeing people notice that I've been working hard to get fit. (I will never say that my goal is to be skinny.)

But I also love Hot Yoga because of the happy pill effect, my skin looks phenomenal, I'm gaining strength and flexibility. I feel stronger and lighter. I'm going 4-5 times a week, so the results are coming pretty quikly. LOVE< LOVE< LOVE IT!!!
