Feeling great. I am actually not feeling like I am hungry. I feel satisfied. I am staying withing the calories I want to for the amount I want to lose totally and weekly. I am losing a lot but that has a lot to do with water weight and the amount of weight i want to lost. The heavier you are, the more you can lose at first.
I did some yoga yesterday. Yoga Body Burn, denise Austin. I am enjoying it now. when I first started it or start it back up after months of not doing it, It was my nemesis. Now, It is enjoyable. It works up a sweat and makes me feel good. I will be doing that again today and the next few days.
