I can't figure out what is going on with my body right now! It's kind of scaring me a little bit but I;m sure it will be fine.
I woke up starving...like stomach growling...12 on the hungry scale starving.
Every day I get up around 6am to get the kids to school. I would work from home, do my errands and never eat before 1:30pm. I was never hungry..I would grab a Coke can and do my thing.
This is the 3d day in a row that I have eaten breakfast...now I can't finish the breakfast. I'm comfortably full. I only ate 1/2 the Greek yogurt, 1/2 the Oat waffle and an apple.

One great thing....I drank NO SODA at all yesterday! I drank 1 whole Gallon of water....with a drizzle of lemonade mix for color and some flavor.

you go girl!!! it is amazing the difference it makes when we eat throughout the day instead of waiting until the middle or end. Waking up hungry is good. You are supposed to. It means your body has digested the food from the day before and needs more.

Sounds like are totally on the right track. How do you like this website so far? I'm hoping this is the kick in the booty that I need to get back on track.

Good for you! The water vs soda thing is huge - I have found that by the time I drink all my water I don't have any thirst left for soda anymore - the water makes a huge difference!!
