Finally back to 160. I want to hold this line and start just getting into good condition. Strength and tone. I looked back through my notes. I was 180 back in April 2018. I’ve learned so much about my habits during this journey. I am a triggered eater. I am a sugar addict . I like volumes of food so I need fillers like lettuce , cabbage, cucumbers and radishes which also satisfy my need for crunch !
