Today is the first day in over 3 weeks that I didn't get a chance to do some kind of exercise. My time was sucked up completely by my family and work appointments. This morning at 8:00 a.m. I had to take Noah to Mercer Island. Then pick him up at noon. I had back to back meetings for work until 4pm. Immediately running to the grocery store after work, cooking dinner, and finally a 6:00 meeting at Zeke's college for his autism programs that lasted until 8:00.

I know that is a crazy busy day and there was nothing I could've done about it, but I now feel like a lazy sloth. I mean, I've been working out twice a day most days. So, it's going to happen, get over it! Maybe I'll plank for 5 minutes to feel like I've accomplished something today.

Tomorrow, I've got 3 exercises/times planned. Pilates in the morning, walking at lunch, and hot yoga after dinner. And I'm going to do Hot Yoga every day until Sunday this week. :-) Soccer is over for the summer season, so I've got a few weeks without (and will be replacing it with HY).
