I think the reset is going well. All the leftover goodies (mostly vegan truffles) are in the freezer now. I made oatcakes last night. And although they didn't turn out like they usually do ( I blame it on the white flour, hadn't realised that I was fresh out of speltflour), I have got something to really get my teeth into ;) They are absolutely rock hard!!!!!!

Had a smoothie first thing (raspberries/frozen banana, soya almond yogurt and some oats to thicken it) Absolutely delicious. Just love my new blender :)

Tonight I will hop on my crosser and see how many miles I can cover in 40 minutes. Last time I covered 'only' 3.9 miles.

I am still really achy from Sundays run but I know it will help me to loosen up again.

Can't wait for the days to get longer again. Sunset was at 4.08pm yesterday afternoon. Now if this persistant rain could stop..........
