Day 2 of back to work and it was a little crazy and I have to admit I caved and ate some dark chocolate m and m's. =( But I stayed within my RDI for the day. I am really trying at or below 2000, so I didn't make it today but tomorrow is another day. I have a lot to do this evening but i took the time to get a walk in.
