♛I'm feeling great being back in the FS groove. It takes time, but it's worth it. I stepped on the scale this morning and was a little disappointed because my weight went slightly up. But I know I did well yesterday diet-wise, and I exercised. So I'm just going to look at it as a normal fluctuation. I guess that's the downside of daily weigh-ins. And I'm not going to record it.
Today is going to be slow. My younger son is sick, and my hubby will probably go out for the day with my older son. So I'll just stay home to take care of my little guy and do housework and some mild exercise. We just came back from the doctors' office, which was FILLED with sick kids. I hope it wasn't a dumb idea to take him in. Sunday appointments are for "acute illness only," and I couldn't believe how many kids are ill. But it's probably no different from going to school.

3. My two wonderful sisters and fantastic brother and my luck that they each found wonderful spouses and have the sweetest kids. Between the four of us, we have 10 grandkids for my parents. And we all see each other very often, being lucky enough to live close to each other. It's a big happy potpourri of family warmth.
4. Painting people. I LOVE what I do!!!
