Hey all...just joined yesterday and trying to get the hang of this app. I have friends who have joined and I would like to follow them. is there a way to search their user name so I can follow them?
2nd question...I have not joined the Premium option yet, but can anyone tell me if there is an Intermittent Fasting timer available 🤔

welcome. If you use the web (on a computer) you can search for members in the search button on the top. Just change it from the food setting (the fork and knife) to the member setting.

I have premium - no IF timer. But you do get the very handy feature of being able to copy a day's meal (like lunch) to a different meal and/or day. Makes meal planning a lot faster.
