Sweet georgia peaches was so kind to post this receipt... I made this low carb pizza for lunch today. I sort of had my doubts but OMG. Even Dale ate half of it. the crust was 5 eggs beat with a whisk. add a 2 cup bag of shredded mozzarella cheese. blend well, put on baking pan with parchment paper. bake for 10 minutes at 400. then when golden add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and some more cheese and top with pepperoni. turn oven up to 450 and bake another 10 minutes. that crust is just great. Eat half and save the other half for lunch tomorrow.....mighty tasty
