Brand new Monday. Mondays are always a good day to sort of "restart." I was pleased that I basically stayed the same weight from the overeating I had done. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. So I'm trying to refocus and just stick to low point foods.

I just went for 90 minutes on the treadmill. I'm a bit shaky for some reason, but I'm happy I finished. Now off to do errands.

Glad there wasn't too much damage from what you thought was overeating! Nice job on the treadmill, too. Make sure you're hydrated and fueled up for those workouts!
