I think i’m past the worst of it, windy. Just a cold ( i giess) but knocked me on my a$$ 

Feelin better but still not 100% . Put on a kilo but that was probably a rebound from not eating much the prior two days.  

Glad you're feeling better Tj. Hope you're back to 100% soon. Sounds like a rough one you had 

I think I'm out of the woods.A nice cool day here helped!! My 3yr olf granddaughter is here. She eats whatever grandmom eats. Just polished off a bowl-spinach,asparagus, tomatoes ,cukes,potatoes, tuna. She won't finish a pbj but she polished that bowl off!  

Hey good to hear! Its a cool day here too bur heavy rains. 70s in August? I'll take it. That little girl is being raised right! Awesome!
