I ate 2080 calories today. I was hungry each time I ate and I tracked everything. First day back at work and I did a lot of heavy lifting and walking, so hopefully that is why. I definitely don’t want this to be a trend.

You got this. Yes, hard work can increase your hunger and need for fuel. Look over what you ate if that is too many calories for you maybe try looking into some filling healthy snacks like nuts with cheese and meat. Sargento makes some great to go packs.(that's if you can eat those things). Rooting for you.
