Same Srishti! I am on the same journey! For body recomposition method (lose fat and gain muscle at same time) I will eat my maintenance calories 1700 calories approx.
I am 53.5 kgs heavy so I am targeting 90-100 gms of protein along with strength training plus HIIT Cardio for 10 minutes.
