Started gym from today for my journey of muscle gain💪
manifesting that toned slim and abs.
Current weight is 57 kg and will loose fat and gain muscles from now... let's see what is going to be Weight difference after 2 months lifting and eating high protein diet(90-100g )

Same Srishti! I am on the same journey! For body recomposition method (lose fat and gain muscle at same time) I will eat my maintenance calories 1700 calories approx. I am 53.5 kgs heavy so I am targeting 90-100 gms of protein along with strength training plus HIIT Cardio for 10 minutes. All the best to you! and All the best to me! cheers! ✨
