Well day 2 of my new journey.. Haven't met the goal calories yet. That good or bad? I am only weighing myself once a week. Afraid I would get too disappointed otherwise.... I didn't eat much today as I got busy at home before I left for work so ended up grabbing those little donuts someone so graciously left At work...grrrr I need to say no no no... I will eventually.. Only ate 4.. I could of ate the whole thing but really didn't want to! So proud of myself.. I even drank water which I hardly ever do... I had those snack bars for lunch and I had boil eggs bacon with a piece of cheese on toast for supper. I verily ate it all. It took me a lot longer to eat and I eat fast.. Proud of myself. I drank my coffee b l a c k.... Oh my goodness.. I just bought this Hugh thing of 1/2 &1/2!!! (I need milk right?) lol Well thanks to my daughter I figured out how to get back here to enter.. Theses phones, tablets, laptops, and computers are all different. Then you have the iPad and the watch.. Mmmmm I work with assistive devices so better learn it all to help others... Thanks all.
