My percentages are good but my food selection stinks.
I am just trying not to binge eat. I am just trying to get out of the habit of eating fast food.

I can only do so much at one time or I will quit.
I can make different food choices later. I can continuously work on and improve my food choices. It is a WOE NOT A DIET.
I will continue to practice mindfulness so that I can use this as a tool when I want to binge eat.
I am doing just fine. It is has not even been a week yet. You can't expect miracles in 6 days. Your brain does not develop new neuronal pathways in 6 days for something you have been doing for 30 years.

I read your post and feel your pain. I have a habit of starving my body for days then over eat... I admit to binge eating at that point. One day, I ate so much I felt horrible about myself. Six days is NOT a lot of time. The body does take a while to adjust. WE will get there... one choice at a time. Hang in there!
