OK, good weekend, bad for the diet, but yes... lots of fun. Now that almost all the leftovers are gone from the office party, it is back to work, working out, and eating better. That is it.

New goal: At 240lbs, I have to go to the gym. ~laughs~ There I said it, and going to do it. One of the people I work with goes every night, and has been asking me to go... Truth is (and I am usually very outgoing) and it is very uncharacteristic of me to be shy, but for some reason, this little hurdle of "going" to the gym has me feeling like a little kid peeking at his closet door after watching a zombie marathon (after thought, just made myself laugh thinking about a bunch of zombies running a marathon). I just can't seem to force myself to take that seconded step...

So, they are holding me to 240... I hit 240 and I have no choice... lol .. the zombies are coming out to drag me in.

Congratulations to everyone working so hard and making progress, and to everyone still trying... good luck and keep going...

Now off for my walk at the dimly lit, cold November woods, to take an hour or so walk down the dark a twisty walking trail... Until next time kiddies... ~insert tales from the crypt music here and a lone whistle fading off into the darkness~
