Had a good workout today (walk away the pounds DVD) Better than leaving for lunch and going to a fastfood joint! also better than going spend extra money somewhere. The way I look at it im "killing 2 birds with 1 stone" losing wieght and saving money. lol
Feeling alittle tired today. My children are not as focused as last week, but I knew that. It's just kinda hard when you don't have support, But that God. I know he's with me always.... Staying positive.

Great job on the workout and you will find that when you don't eat out and you start cooking your own food, your food tastes better and the desire for fast food leaves. It's a really good feeling. AS for the kids, well I'm a single mom with only one child, but he is so busy, it feels like more than one. Just stay positive and relaxed.
