DAY 1 OF DR. ESSELSTYN DIET: Thursday, November 12, 2009 -- I'm moving to a vegan diet, limiting fat, sugar, and salt intake. I read a great book on preventing and reversing heart disease, and I became inspired. So far it's working well, but I'm only on day 1, so I'm hoping to stay committed because it's a very healthy lifestyle.
Everything is status quo and actually good, except for my teeth. It looks like it's not only a difficult road ahead, but an expensive one as well. But I need teeth; so....
