So much for yesterday's post. I fell off the wagon again. Woke up with extreme jaw pain , I think I may have TMJ or could be a root canal I had 8-10 years ago I never got a permanent crown put on. Ugh I fear going bankrupt from dental procedures w ins! Anyway, 2 Advil, 2 Tylenol and a muscle relaxer later I pulled myself together and made my frittata cups and quinoa berry parfait for the week. Dang dishes. Rest day from program today but circuit training tonight. Peace out.
