I feel so much better today! Back on track. The egg frittata muffins I made yesterday were good, not delish but good. Ten more days marks my half way point. I'm going to try the build muscle part of the program and follow it and see if I get anymore definition. I want to look flexed without flexing. Is that even possible? Will see in a month. Ugh no more weak moments and shoving processed foods in my mouth. None! I got the workouts down but the stupid impulses r holding me back even if it's just for a couple days! Thanks for the support!

So I guess you are preparing for Vegas. After my volatile news, I am more ready than ever. I am glad the weather is great, and just need to get going now. I am truly getting sick of doctors now. lol I guess this is what everyone gets to look forward too. Stick with your healthy lifestyle, and have a nice trip!

I will Suzy! I just made flank steak for the week so now I have all my meals ready to warm up and eat. No cooking until the weekend...have a good day!
