I did good this morning. No coffee until about 3:30 today. Headache started in so forget that! Bring on the caffeine. Lunch I did alright but supper ate out instead of in. I only ate 1/2 of my order so felt a little better. Haven't weighed today

I'm sure coffee is fine just not laden w sugar. U don't do that anyway. I do one cup of blk in the morning and it seems to be fine for me. You've made a lot of changes like no steak and shake every night or what not. You're implementing whole clean foods like the spinach, keep that up!

Thanks Misty! You're the best! I did talk with Ginny about the suppers and she sai salads are great and a lot of people can't find the meats they suggest so go moderately
