Seeing that it's Monday, I'm not surprised. I spent yesterday watching movies and not much else.
Also, this mornings routine got messed up getting ready for a doctor visit.
Tomorrow though, I don't doubt I'll see a big jump. We ate out at Pizza Hut after going for a doctor visit. Control was not possible! The pizza took over. This was only my 2nd restaurant pizza since October 2014 and I didn't hesitate eating my share + one slice.
We were smart enough to get a medium thin instead of a large, but after finally finding stats on what I ate, well the calories weren't a killer but the 6+ days (3050mg) of sodium I had, now that could be.
Anyone interested in seeing what you eat before you eat it at Pizza Hut??In the future, I think I'll try my best to stick to home made pizza.......
