My routine has been challenged with Dr Appointments and a bad night of no sleep after another 4 night shift set. After 4 days without any workout of any kind but calories in check I felt hungry last night, I assume too much fruit set off my hunger hormones. I indulged in a large bowl of a brown rice blend and mushroom soup and overshot my calorie limit for the day by 500cal. Went to bed hoping I wasn't going to ruin my chance of a loss this week. I woke up to find my scale had gone down a smidge and I couldn't be happier! I find that carbs a night are easier for me because I sleep through any hormone hunger GI spikes. By the time I wake I am back to normal. I made it through😊 I burned 500 calls on treadmill fat burn program today to reset. And I feel mentally fit as well. When I miss workouts or talk myself out of one I have a whole range of negative emotions and Devil /Angel Scenarios. I am just going to cheer for the Angel on my shoulder for having my back on this journey. LISTEN TO THE ANGEL ON YOUR SHOULDER!
