Eating style = South Beach phase 2.

Created a sticker chart to mark my workouts.

3.5 weeks to Turks vacation. Hope to be down 3.5 lbs by then.

Big family get together this weekend with 2 big family meals - 1 heavy hor derves recption and 1 chinese take out tradition. Will be challenging -setting myself rules. No rolls at reception. Can have 1/2 cup rice but that means no lo mein. May have 2 small bites of dessert entire trip. load up on protien and veggies. Drink lots of water. Pack some foods from home ex. greek yogurt and berries, skim cheese stick.

Goals
1.complete 3 solid work-outs each week with 1-2 minis.
2.lift weights during break at work. Have only done twice since bringing them to work 2 months ago.
3.join the lunch exercise group!
