Back home safe and sound let the chisel begin :-) I did let loose and am ready to get back on track. Going shopping tomorrow to meal prep for the week. I find that the best way to go for me.

So glad you got away for awhile! Can't wait to see ya this weekend though.. Looks like rain but who knows?? Keep working hard at your goal! So proud of ya! I'm doing stairs at work and oh boy such fun! But you are my inspiration!! Love ya girlie!!!

Ok 16 hour fast completed. Probably go for another one to two. Planted some Pansy's and geraniums. Had em in the house for a week Forgot to tell DD to water them now they r shriveled but tomorrow's going to be 75!! Hopefully they will bounce back I watered then nicely. No chisel yet been too busy I'll do it tonight. but I did get groceries :-) finally got salmon, chicken and lean turkey and some lean burgers, the other stuff will have to wait bc I'm taking a 6 hour drive to see my mother this weekend :-) my dh is THE best😊

Heck, 16 hours? That's every day for me. Try it and see how easy it is. I bet you can do it easy.

Yes, monk, I'm no stranger to IF... Just first time back at it since doing the Masters Hammer and Chisel which was 50 days ago. 6 more workouts and I'll have completed the 60 day program. Omg :-)
