Today's chisel just did it about an hr ago. I'm liking doing the 16:8 and working out later. Chisel endurance w controlled reps 35:00 3:00 cool down 1. Surrenders 1 min 2. Pull ups 5 then 10 reps w bands 3. Step up cross overs 20lb DB right leg 1 min then left leg 1 min 4. Reverse push up on ball 10 then 4 lady push ups. Fail. 5. One hand row w leg ext 15lb DB 26 reps = 1 min reverse 25 reps= 1 min 6. Incline press on ball 15lb DBs 1 min 7. Plank taps 1 min 60 sec break then repeat 1-7This time #2 6 pull ups 10 w band #4 10 and 7 lady push ups #5 21 reps right arm 18 left

So happy did 10 min ab chisel here it is:
1. Forearm plank 1 min
2. Seated rainbows 1 min
3. Forearm plank cross 1 min
4. Unicorns 1 min
5. Bird dog crunch 1 min
6. C Sit scissors 1 min
7. Side arm twists 1 min each side.

Ahhh - I figured. Darn - if you can do pull-ups (Like chin -ups?) you should be strong enough to do regular push-ups. Even I can do regular push-ups...and I am old! LOL - I didn't know I could do them until I actually tried last year.
