On my 2nd day of Super HD and CLK stack. Weight is 202lbs. Still striving to get below 190lbs.
Noticed that the Stack I am taking makes me a little light headed, hope this goes away with time.
Started out this morning with 6 miles on the elliptical at resistance of 11 and about 7.0 mph.
series of crunches which I call 30 60 90 X 2 triceps 10 6 4 X3
It is now about 11:14 and I am headed back to the gym. To go through the same routine as this morning.
Well crap!!!! didn't make it back to the gym and it is already 3:44 pm I will try again tomorrow to complete my 2 a days at the gym.
