weight is down to 198 LBS, wow, I am happy about this. would like to see another 10 to 15 LBS fall off. after this I will start bulking up and then cutting again. Love this site it is wonderful.

The weekend is here and my wife is back from Ohio. Going out to dinner tonight. Pray for me. I hope I don't blow all of this good training out of the water.

On a side note. This stack I am on was a little too much for me so I had to cut it back some. Was feeling kinda light headed for a bit. Now that it is cut back a little I don't feel so light headed. So, with this in mind I will keep pushing forward.
