I went from about 225 to 155 and now back up to almost 190. I am so disappointed in myself! I let so many factors get in the way of my progress. I met a great guy and next thing I know, I'm off my WW points, going out more, just throwing everything I learned out the window - all because I felt "happy". Then I had an accident in September - fell off a horse and broke my humorous in 8 places and dislocated my elbow. I allowed this to be a crutch. I used it as an excuse NOT to exercise. My leg wasn't broken, I could still walk and run, but instead I became completely sedentary and continued to eat! Well, my waistline has grown and I have lost my energy, now I feel depressed and I don't even enjoy being around my boyfriend because I am so self conscious about how I look and I hate how I feel. I lost my way and then gave up on myself. Well, I am tired of feeling this way - so here I am again. I'm going to try to pull myself out of this hole.
