Hi Penlan. Very sorry to hear that your DH is not better. It doesn't sound lame to me to say that you have no energy to log foods. You are concentrating your emotional efforts elsewhere, quite rightly. Don't be hard on yourself but don't hurt yourself with bad choices either. Concentrate on sleep, movement and sensible choices so that you're well equipped to be good for looking after yourself and your man. Best Wishes x
