22 Kill complete for the day. It is Friday and first workout of the day done. 6 miles on elliptical and loads of core exercises done. got a few dips and pull-ups in also. started doing standing row with 45lb bar and 45lb weight. this was 2 days ago and still sore as all get out. But it is a good soreness. Pain is weakness leaving the body.
I started taking my calories to 2600 yesterday as suggested by a dietician. ^%#^%#$&%#$ I will not do that again. I woke this morning actually feeling very sluggish. Couldn't believe my system slowed down that much. Well, Anyway I am going back to about 1200 calories a day. I originally started about not going over 800 calories but that my friends is a very hard feat to accomplish. I think 1200 calories a day is about right for me.
