Putting off the new diet to Tuesday. This one's gonna hurt! 70gr carb max 180gr protein 6 gr fish oil MCT or Coconut oil to hit 1400 calories if necessary. I'll post stage two of this process on Friday evening/Saturday. You'll get to hear me whine from Tuesday until Friday. Today is another maintenance day. Since my cut has only been about 400 calories with sporadic maintenance days scattered throughout, my metabolism should be fine to try this style of dieting. Someone mentioned Itsy Bitsy Spider. SRV was classy. I remember seeing him in an interview with Double Trouble and when they guy asked SRV why he dressed like that on stage, his sidemen started laughing and told the interviewer that was the way he dressed all the time. I saw BB about 4 years ago. It was a concert to remember.

Such a tragedy to have lost him. I read once that the majority of touring musicians are taken from us by MV or aircraft accidents. Something like 30% as I recall. I had a guitar I wanted to insure once. The only people who would touch it was Lloyds of London. They wanted half the value of the instrument each year, and it wasn't that expensive or rare.
